Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog before y'all called ''The Parable Of The Tenets''. This is another parable from our Lord mentioned in Matthew 21;33-43 a parable that doesn't get talked about very often. It's about a landowner who planted a vineyard with farmers and went away on a journey. When it was harvest time he sent servants to collect his fruit. Sadly the tenets treated his servants very badly. They beat one and killed another and the landowner sent more servants and treated them all the way. Then he thought. 'Surely they will respect my son'. But the tenants saw the son and said. 'Come let's kill him and take his inheritance.' So they took and killed him and threw him out of the vineyard. Christ asked a poignant question. ''What will the landowner do to the tenets?'' The people replied. ''He will bring those wretches to a wretched end. He will rent the vineyard to other tenants who will share the crop at harvest time''. Then Christ said the most horrifying thing to the Jews. '''The kingdom will be taken from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.'' Now let me clarify what Jesus meant here. Are the Jews still God's chosen people? Yes! Does God expect us Gentiles to still honor them? Yes! The Bible is clear in Genesis 12 God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. You must understand from the time of Moses until the time of Jesus the Jews were what I call ''Gospel Kingdom carriers'' in addition to being God's chosen people. In other words, they were leading the move of God and revealing who God was all those years. But sadly as we know, they got off and even worse treated our Lord very badly when He was on earth. We know in John 1 says Christ came to the world and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own and His own received Him not. So they are still God's chosen people and we must pray for them especially now. (I always pray after my Bible study and do pray for them during my prayer meetings too and also my personal prayer time) but they are no longer leading the ''Gospel Kingdom'' movement. Who's leading it now? We Gentiles who believe in Jesus are leading the ''Gospel Kingdom movement''! But we must learn from the Jews mistakes, must be humble, and steward what we've been given well. Again I have no hatred with the Jews at all as I said I pray for them most of all to believe in Jesus as Lord, Savior, and Messiah but they are not leading the kingdom move anymore. I pray we Gentile Christians learn from our Jewish ancestors, make better choices, have a heart of thankfulness, and seek to ever advance our Lord's kingdom. That's what I wanted to share with y'all. Blessings hope y'all learned something from the blog and have a blessed week everyone.
