Coaching 101

If you're a woman going through a transitional season or healing from trauma, my counseling sessions offer spiritual and practical solutions to overcome those areas. We can do call, Zoom, and also 101 or group sessions. The client can choose how long the sessions are. Either 30 minutes or an hour, depending on the client's preference!
