My Women's Ministry Training Part 2
My Women's Ministry Training Part 2.

Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title i have for this blog is called "My Women's Ministry Training Part 2". If you haven't read part 1 I'd highly encourage you to read it. Okay ladies let's get down to it. I want to raise up a team to work with me and desire to see more female ministers both locally and nationally because a lot of ministries are dominated by men! But the only way we'll see more female ministers is by the Lord raising folks up and by ministry training. I want to really emphasize that. Do you know there are other Bible colleges such as "North Central Bible College", "Evangel University", "Texas Christian University", "Colorado Christian University", "Trinity Bible College", "Global University", and "Midwest Bible College" (in West Allis, Wisconsin) just to name a few train many ministers to be in ministry? But many of them unfortunately are very expensive and a lot of them cater to men being trained as ministers. The colleges that I mentioned most of them are colleges independent from the church. For example colleges like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Standford operate as colleges on their own without businesses backing them. Those Christian colleges I mentioned operate without the backing of the church though many church members and pastors do send many of their high school graduates to those colleges. Alot of churches unfortunately don't start Bible colleges themselves although some churches do. Ministries like "Bethel Church" have "Bethel Bible College", "Hillsong Church" started "Hillsong Bible College", and my godfather two years ago started a Bible college too. But you notice that there are many churches out there but not many of them have a training center to train men and women whether they're new Christians or been saved and Spirit-filled for years to be in ministry! The other sad thing is most Bible colleges won't take you if you're thirty and older for Bible training and if you don't believe me, look it up for yourself! (Side note my godfather's Bible college does take Christian men and women of diverse ages and various stages in their walk with the Lord but that college is in a different state.) I recognize that MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) that I graduated from this year and DSOM (District School Of Ministry) the college I attended before MATC, accepted students no matter their age and I feel that Bible colleges should do the same but many aren't doing that! Also many graduates from MATC are in their twenties, thirties, (as I am) forties, fifties, and even in their sixties! That's another purpose why I want to open up this training for you ladies which I said the deadline to register is Sunday August 31st and I plan to start after Labor Day which is coming up. I have two courses available on different days yes that's right on weekdays one of them is the Associates degree and you'll need "People Of The Spirit" book and that's for those who have a high school diploma or GED or who feel a calling to ministry. (I made add a bachelor's degree next year possibly.) The GED is for those who don't have credits to get into college and there will be various books they'll need such as "Bible Doctrines", "The Empowered Leader", a history, and a Math book. Both courses will be on separate days for example when I teach "People Of The Spirit" course on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the GED class will be taught on the days I'm not teaching the "People Of The Spirit" course. Homework, quizzes, and tests will be featured and check out the "Women's Warriors Bible College" tab for registration and more information and just as the Bible study and prayer meetings are virtual, both courses will be virtual as well too. Side note, these courses will take place outside of the Bible study and prayer meeting times and both of these courses will be fall through spring semester so it will be a prolonged commitment. Just like school semester for kids and teens are fall through spring semester this training will be like that as well. It will take hard work to let y'all know that and I know what it's like to be a student as a child, teen, and as a adult but in my opinion is worth the investment because education isn't a waste of time because it's necessary! Those who have a GED or high school diploma who love the Lord and feel a call to ministry sign up for the associates program. If you love the Lord and feel a call to ministry but don't have a high school diploma I'd highly urge you to sign up for the GED course. I haven't forgotten my kid and teen program and another blog I'll share about my plans for that. I hope and pray that you ladies who feel a tug of the Spirit on your hearts will take advantage of this and pray about if this is God's leading. If you're a Christian woman and you don't sense God's leading in that is fine but if you do reach out to me immediately because fall is coming up soon. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Blessings, happy Tuesday, and have a blessed week everyone.
