Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called "My Birthday Week" blog. Well last week was my birthday week which was a bit of a rollercoaster week. It started with me getting a ride to church from a lovely deaçon and his wife to church while my mom picked me up from church. I recorded a music video on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to a Christian song called "The Lion And The Lamb" by "Leeland" and "Big Daddy Weave" and hosted my regular virtual Bible study. On Dr. King Jr Day I posted on Facebook, watched part of the "King miniseries" on YouTube, and got to talk to my wonderful godfather on Zoom! That Tuesday and Thursday I taught my online class, and hosted my regular virtual prayer meeting. Now let's talk about the day of my birthday and my actual birthday dinner. My actual birthday was on a Wednesday and I received a ton of birthdays on Facebook and shared a music video cover song by gospel artist Kirk Franklin called "My Life My Love My All" from his 2002 album "The Rebirth Of Kirk Franklin''. I shared that on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok and Kirk Franklin is one of my favorite gospel artists of all time too. I also got to zoom call with a friend that's locked up and I got quite a few birthday phone call wishes. I also got to bring a cake to church to celebrate my birthday and got to celebrate with my teens and youth leaders. I also received a few birthday cards with money in them and my wonderful godfather and his colleagues wished me a happy birthday as well. (My godfather always has made me feel special and my birthday is no different. His care for me feels like nurture and like I'm the most important person in the room!) I also got some SNOW on my birthday lol! That Saturday on January 24th I shared another music video cover by a male gospel sextet band "Take 6" "If We Ever Needed The Lord" on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok before heading to "Red Robin" restaurant at 6 PM. I actually created that event on January 10th as a Facebook public event and invited various folks on Facebook to go as well as invited others through text. It was a very cold week but by the grace of God many family members, friends, and even Pastor Bowen showed up! I received lots of hugs, birthday cards with money, as well as lots of love. Some women from my online women's program showed up which was so precious as well. I appreciate all of them showing up despite it being brutally cold outside! It has also been a rough time over the past several months and it was so nice to have some time to have joy in my life after dealing with so much heaviness! (Side note some of the hard times consist of healing of trauma, dealing with a loved one with legal troubles, and incarceration, among dealing with the day to day challenges! I've also never sugarcoated in blog form, on Facebook, or at my virtual Bible studies how life can be extremely complex and challenging.) I'm thankful that the Lord has given me another year of life knowing that not everyone gets to have another birthday. I also remember hearing an old saying go. ''What a blessing it is to be among the land of the living.'' Psalm 90;12 says ''Teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts to wisdom'' James 4;14 says ''Life is but a vapor''. Because of those things being true that's why I value celebrating my birthday as well as other people's birthdays. I also know how important it is to thank God for one's many blessings and gaining another birthday much less another day is a blessing in disguise something that some of us sadly take for granted. Plus I like a celebration in the midst of the brutal cold weather that we in Wisconsin sometimes get! (Yes that's right I was born during one of the coldest days of the year! My mom often reminds me of that often lol.) For those that have been able to come to my birthday dinner thank you so much and those that wished me happy birthday thank you so much. It means so much to more than you know. For those of you ladies who have supported my online women's ministry for the past five years as well as purchased my books thank you as well. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is a bit unusual and the title I have it is called "A Letter To Prisoners". Y'all might be thinking. "Why write a blog about it?" That's because I feel nine times out of ten prisoners often are ignored by society and I know that's for a number of reasons. Most of the time prisoners are usually people that commit crimes and often have to suffer the consequences of their actions as they rightfully should. That's especially true of the guy that shot the late Charlie Kirk who has to pay the consequences of what he had done. (Side note I pray that he truly repents and takes responsibility for his actions before God and man so he can be saved.) I also have had family members and a old friend who were in prison and I remember when I'd be at my grandma's house on Christmas Eve when my aunt (my dad's younger sister) would be on her cellphone talking to a prisoner! Who was that prisoner? One of my uncles! She'd be on her cellphone with him, he'd ask how is the family doing and ask if any of them wanted to talk to him! Want to guess who he wanted to talk to? Me!!!!!!! I would talk to him maybe five minutes and update him briefly about my life and relatives as well as wish him a Merry Christmas! This relative I think is out of prison now but I remember those Christmas Eve's at my grandma's house that I talked to him over my aunt's cellphone and how happy he was to hear from loved ones! The other point ladies I want to make is being a prisoner is considered being the "least of these" in society. But how many of y'all know that the gospel needs to get to them and God loves them though He hates what they have done! Remember the wise saying. "Christ hates the sin but loves the sinner" is true! Prisoners are no different. Let me also share this with you ladies that's hard to talk about. Many prisoners do get incarcerated for just reasons and there are others in prison for unjust reasons. I think about people in the Bible such as Joseph in the Old Testament lied on by Potiphar's wife, (Genesis 39) the Apostle Peter put in prison, (mentioned in Acts 12) and the Apostle Paul one of the greatest apostles and Christians of all time was in prison multiple times! Let's also not forget about the late Dr Martin Luther King Jr who got arrested a number of times and put in jail to the point his loved ones didn't know where he was! (Side note we just celebrated Dr Martin Luther King Day recently and wrote a blog in his honor!) I'm writing this right now because I have a very dear friend of mine a male (I won't disclose his name for various reasons) that's going through this right now and my heart has mixed emotions about that right now. I also am aware of some pastors (won't disclose names for various reasons) that went through legal troubles last year that could be facing jail time. Of course it could be for just or unjust reasons but regardless of that those guys and a dear friend of mine whom I love dearly are on my mind. I want to say to this dear friend of mine in prison that I love you so very very much and I miss you so much. There's not a day that goes by I don't think of you, pray for you on a regular basis or ask other Christians to pray for you too. For pastors who got arrested you know who you are and I want y'all to know I'm praying for y'all and your families. Jesus mentioned in Matthew 25:31-46 about the righteous going to eternal life how they fed the hungry, gave drinks to the thirsty, clothed the naked, invited strangers, visited the sick and in prison. Jesus said "Whatsoever you did for the least of these you did unto Me!" Isn't that powerful? Caring about prisoners is important to Jesus y'all! Whether they're there for the right or wrong reasons He still loves them and died on the cross for them. For those that are incarcerated for just reasons sometimes you have to pay the consequences for your actions but if you ask God to forgive you He'll forgive you! The Bible says in 1John 1;9 "If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness". Man may not forget what you have done but God can forgive y'all and make your lives new! Maybe He allowed you to be in prison to make you think about your actions and perhaps to give your life to Him! For those that are incarcerated for unjust reasons like a dear friend of mine I pray that God vindicates you and exposes the wicked court system. I pray that God will turn what the enemy meant for evil and God turn it around for your good. For pastors dealing with jail time you're in my prayers as well as your families whether it was for a just or unjust reasons. Now am I condoning prisoners lifestyle choices? No I'm not! But they need love, prayer, and care just like the rest of us do. I'm not able to send them a letter but I can write a blog about it though. Ladies I want to join me to pray for those in prison. Whether they're there for a just reason or unjust reason I plan to mention them on my prayer night meetings. Again to my dearest friend in prison I love you very much and most of all God loves you. I don't care what others think about you or think I shouldn't care about you but I still do. Where you are hasn't changed my concern for you, prayers for you, and my deepest care. I hope and pray to hear from you soon and I'm believing God to vindicate you, fight for you, and for your family too. My heart is for you each and everyday and I'm thankful the Lord has given me an outlet to let my deepest thoughts, my troubles, and prayers unto this blog. I don't know if you my friend will read this blog in the future but I express my deepest care, prayers, and thoughts towards you during this time and will ask other Christians to pray for you too especially for justice to prevail. I also pray that if those pastors who got in jail this past year sinned that God will forgive them and God will restore their ministries too. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called "Honoring Dr Martin Luther King Jr". Actually tomorrow is the day that we celebrate his birthday though technically his actual birthday is January 15th though this year we honor it on my cousin Jerry's birthday this year. What's to know and honor about Dr King Jr. First let's start at his humble beginnings. First of all he was born on January 15th as Michael King Jr to a Baptist pastor named Michael King Sr (born 1899 died 1984) and his wife Alberta King (born 1903 died 1974) a church organist. King Jr had two other siblings and older sister Christine King Farris (born 1927 died 2023) and AD (born 1930 died 1969.) and they were born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. King Jr came from a family lineage of pastors from his mom's side of the family and the church he grew up attending was "Ebenezer Baptist Church ". He grew up during the Great Depression yet the family prospered during that time. He grew up during the "Jim Crow years" especially in the South because way back then blacks and whites in the South were separated. That meant that blacks and whites in the South couldn't go to the same schools, couldn't work the same jobs, couldn't live in the same neighborhoods, couldn't use the same bathroom, couldn't drink from the same water fountain, couldn't eat the same restaurants, and couldn't even go to the same church if y'all could believe that! That sounds terrible now but that's how it was for many many years. It wouldn't be until 1934 while still during the "Great Depression" Reverend King Sr traveled overseas to Germany where he learned about Protestant Reformation leader, 95 thesis writer, and hymn writer to "A Mighty Fortress Is Our God" Martin Luther how he changed the world left a lasting impression on him. When Reverend King Sr returned back to the United States, he changed his name from Michael King Sr to Martin Luther King Sr! He also changed his five year old son Michael King Jr to Martin Luther King Jr! Dr King Jr was a very sensitive child and sang at his church growing up and took violin and piano lessons. Dr King Jr was so smart that he skipped ninth grade and twelfth grade and graduated from high school when he was fifteen years old in 1944! That was unusual both then and now! King Jr decided to attend ''Morehouse College'' (a college that his dad attended years earlier) and graduated from there with his bachelor's in 1948 at the age of nineteen years old! He later attended ''Crozer Theological Seminary'' and graduated at 22 years old in 1951 and attended ''Boston University'' and graduated from there when he was 26 years old in 1955. It would be during his college years that he met a wonderful Christian man named Benjamin Mays who was a mentor to him, explained the gospel of Christ to him, and he got saved. It would be eventually Dr King Jr relocated to Boston, Massachusetts is where he met Coretta Scott through a mutual friend. Coretta was up there attending ''New England Conversatory Of Music'' and it would be on their first date, King Jr knew he would marry her. They got married in 1953 when King Jr was 24 years old while Coretta was 26 years old and remained married until his brutal death at 39 years old in 1968. While they were married they had four children. Their names were Yolanda ''Yokie'' Deniese King, (Born 1955 died 2007) Dr Martin Luther King 3, (born 1957) Dexter King, (born 1961 died 2024) and Berniece King (born 1963) whom many of them would follow their father's footsteps to becoming ministers. The bus boycott started in 1955 when the late Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat and got arrested. Dr King Jr had an idea for blacks to refuse to ride buses and walk to work until all buses could be racially integrated. It worked and that's how the Civil rights movement began. It wasn't easy though. When Dr King Jr was at a meeting, his wife, baby girl Yolanda, and a friend were at the house and someone shot a bomb in their living room. Someone had to help Dr King Jr get home to make sure his family was okay and to his relief knew his loved ones were okay. There would be many times that the FBI followed Dr King Jr around and he got unjustly arrested a number of times. Many times his family didn't know where he was until one day President John F Kennedy heard about the situation and demanded Dr King Jr get out of jail and give him his freedom. At times the late evangelist Dr Billy Graham sometimes gave bail money to help Dr King Jr out of jail too. Dr King Jr led many marches leading some of those who marched for freedom got arrested while the firefighters used water hoses to try to stop them. Dr King Jr believed in peaceful protests instead of violence because he believed ''Violence leads to more violence''. Dr King Jr met many Presidents and even befriended the late Dr Billy Graham and was asked to pray for one of his crusades in the North. Dr King Jr was also a minister and gave great speeches one of the most famous speeches was called ''I Have A Dream''. He shared in the speech that his dream was for blacks and whites to hold hands and for his children to be known for the content of their character versus the color of their skin. He gave that speech in 1963 when he was 34 years old at Washington DC that was viewed by millions all across television in America and all over the world. The following year in 1964 he won the Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 35 years old and politicians passed the ''Civil Rights Act'' outlawed discrimination on race, religion, sex, or national origin restaurants, theaters, hotels, education, or employment. Dr King Jr suffered blood, sweat, tears, and prayers doing all he can to bring whites and blacks together despite the many different challenges that occurred because of that. Also many famous people supported him such as the late gospel artist Mahalia Jackson and the late ''Queen Of Soul'' Aretha Franklin who often sang and supported his marches as well too. In Spring of 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee on top of the balcony ''Lorraine Motel'' and many mourned when he died but his legacy lives on. Not long after he died the ''King Museum'' was founded not long after that and Dr Martin Luther King Day became a national holiday in 1986 every third Monday in the month of January. His wife Coretta continued fighting for her late husband's cause until the day she died in her seventies in 2006. Ladies I know without a doubt that Dr King Jr had the heart of our Heavenly King King Jesus willing to do all he could to bring unity when there was division. There's still alot of division in our nation right now and I pray we in the body of Christ be people of peace. I believe in racial equality and believe that the gospel needs to get out to blacks and whites as well as all cultures. It's my prayer to keep Dr King's dream alive and to keep Christ's dream alive too. I absolutely hate racism to the core and from time to time tried to rear its ugly head but prayer can stop that as well standing up for justice and truth. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Let's honor Dr King Jr today and tomorrow (as well as February being ''Black History Month'') and do our best to carry on his legacy as well as the gospel out to all. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy but sad to present another blog called "Pray For Minnesota". It's another very sad thing that this has occurred of another death has occurred in Minnesota. There was a lady named Renee Nicole Good who was a wife, mom of three, poet, and writer who got killed. As Good was driving home on a Wednesday night she encountered a group of ICE agents on a snowy street. Then an officer was approaching her car demanding she open the door and grabbing the handle. As that was occurring a different ICE officer pulled out his weapon and fired two shots into the vehicle at close range. It's revealed she loved to sing, studied vocals in college, studied creative writing at "Old Dominion University".She was married twice and her two kids were from her first marriage while her youngest was from her second marriage. She also was a podcaster and won a prize in 2020 for one of her works as well too. It also was revealed that she was a devoted Christian who took part of the youth mission trip to Northern Ireland. I believe I can relate to this woman a bit because I believe in the Lord, love to sing, as well as to write too. This woman was a artsy woman while loving the Lord and her family. The sad thing is that the Trump administration paints her as a domestic terrorist while her loved ones don't even believe any of that to be true. Isn't it sad how reporters and the media can twist things around? This shows that this precious woman was a wife, mother, and a woman who was very gifted. Her mom even stated what a wonderful person she was who was compassionate, loving, forgiving, and affectionate. I can only imagine how her heart must have felt when she heard that her daughter got killed and I only can imagine what her kids must be thinking too. It was after her death that many protesters have taken the streets after this incident and sadly the FBI had to get involved with this situation. Ladies I don't know about y'all but this is absolutely heartbreaking. To think that a precious individual was minding their own business driving and suddenly to be stopped by the ICE who dared take a life and we're a week into the new year 2026! Also many people believe that it's either in abuse of power or self-defense. Either way is not a pretty situation is why we in the body of Christ need to be in the attitude of prayer. Number one pray for Goods family members who have to deal with the grief and loss, pray for the families salvation. It's important to pray if it was an abuse of power that people who did it would take responsibility for their actions, be dealt with justly, and repent to the Lord most of all. It's also important to pray that protestors stay faith and protest in a nonviolent way as the late Dr Martin Luther King Jr believed in. It's important to pray for the safety and protection over that whole area because this is the second shooting that occurred in Minnesota after the shooting at the Catholic school last year. We in the body of Christ need to pray against the murderous spirit that is so rampant in our nation because we have witnessed so many shootings! We need to clear the blood of Jesus and pray against shootings because I believe as the Bible says in John 10:10 "The enemy cometh not but to steal, kill, and to destroy". We must also pray that God takes what the enemy meant for evil and turn it around for good. Ladies I'm sure all of us have lost a loved one at some point and remember how it felt to have people love and pray for you during your time of need? I certainly remember that as did the Kirk family (the late Charlie Kirk's family members I'm referring to) this past year, and now this precious family is dealing with this. Please pray for Goods family, the community, and the law enforcement through all of this. In times like this this can make people turn to God or away from God. Let's pray that the victims turn to God verses away from God. Let's also not forget how valuable life is. Old timers used to say. "What a blessing it is to be in the land among the living. Psalm.90:12 says "Teach us to number our days to know how few they are. Help us to live them as we should ". None of us knows when our last day on earth will be is why it's so important to prepare for eternity and to.livr for God all our days as did she. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I'm happy to present another blog called "Setting The New Year Right" and in this blog ill be sharing some ideas what we can start doing in the month of January. Number one start the year off with God. I know y'all might be thinking. "Dugh!" Yes I really mean that. Gospel artist and worship leader Israel Houghton back in 2012 released "Jesus Be The Center Of It All" and it's a song that's still sung in many churches today. I believe it's essential for a Christian to pray that Christ be the center of this year and of our lives. Plus Matthew 6:33 says "Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all it's righteousness and all.these other things shall be added unto ye as well." Start off in prayer and the Word and draw closer to Him this year more than last year. Number two gain clarity on your vision. Do you know why people don't keep New Year's resolutions? Lack of vision. The Bible says in Proverbs 29:18 "Without a vision the people perish" and Habbakuk 2:2 says "Write the vision and make it plain". Why is that important? Apart from starting the year with God you got to ask God to give you vision. Without a vision you'll wander aimlessly, do the same old same old. Someone has said. "If you've always did what you always done you'll get the same results ". It's important to come into 2026 with vision. Another important thing to do in 2026 is set realistic goals. I believe this trips alot of people up because many people go into the new year with crazy goals which is great but they don't break the goals up into small parts. For example if someone wants to lose weight lose small weight first then work your way up. If you want to travel more this year start small and work your way up. If you want to draw closer to the Lord how does that look like? If you want to connect with new start small and I believe that y'all are getting the point. Ask God what realistic goals to set is so essential to get better results. Another point to remember is to ask God to stay disciplined. Being disciplined is not always easy but necessary. We know that the Winter Olympics will take place in February 2026 a month from now and any athlete will tell you it takes discipline to make it to the Olympics whether Summer or Winter! Athletes have to eat healthy foods, train with coaches, workout alot, and be the best they can be in their sport to win Olympic gold, silver, or bronze. They have to do it day in and day out even if they don't feel like it! It's important for us God's people to be disciplined too. We need to be disciplined in our prayer life, time in the Word, in our character, and even in our goals. Here's another thing that's challenging for people to have the right discipline to making goals happen. Christian ask God for help for whatever areas you need discipline in and go from there. Another important thing to remember is to after doing all you can do yield the results to God. This for me is often very challenging for many reasons. I know the importance of starting the year with God, vision, realistic goals, and being disciplined but yielding to the Lord for the results is often difficult especially if it's not the way we want it. Yet I as well as you ladies need to remember the Scripture Psalm 37:4 says "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart". That's a Scripture I often have to keep before me and yield all that I have to God. Another important thing to do in 2026 is to evaluate what stays, what goes, and what needs to be rearranged. Think about what happened last year in 2025. What were lessons you learned both good and bad? Also what things do you want to bring with you in 2026? Obviously bring the Lord with you, new vision and new dreams. What are things to leave behind? Old regrets, bad relationships, past disappointments among other things. What things need to be rearranged? What needs to be a priority? Of course that's why it's important to seek the Lord on that and He knows what needs to stay, go, or be rearranged. Lastly surround yourself with the right people on your journey. The Bible says in Proverbs 27:17 "As iron sharpeneth iron so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend". The old saying goes. "Show me your friends and show me your future". It's critical to be aware who you surround yourself and myself with. Are they pulling me closer to the Lord or leading me away from the Lord? Are they pulling me closer to my goals or away from them. Only you can determine that answer. Ladies these are things that the Lord laid on my heart to share with y'all today principles I pray that y'all will apply to your life. These are important principles for me to apply as well too as I seek to make progress in my Christian walk among other things. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well on the first week of 2026! The title I have for the blog is called "The Importance Of Praying For Pastors". Y'all might be thinking, "Why mention that during the new year?" Well there are several reasons for that. Number one being a pastor is a spiritual office and it means "shepherd". The other thing is being a pastor carries weight and responsibility to mentor Christians spiritually. The other reason why it's important to pray for pastors is because they need to be sound in doctrine and yield to the Spirit's agenda over their own. The Bible mentions in 2 Timothy 3:16 KJV "All Scripture is given of inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for rebuke, correction, and instruction for righteousness ". 2 Timothy 4:3,4 KJV also says that "A time shall come when will no longer put up with sound doctrine but after their own lusts they shall heap to themselves teachers having itching ears. They shall turn their ears from the truth and shall be turned to fables". It's important to pray that pastors know how to rightfully divide the Word of truth with the help of the Holy Spirit especially these days! It's important to pray they yield to the Holy Spirit over their own agenda too. But the other reason to pray for pastors and the main reason for this blog is because this past year several ministries have been under attack with pastors dealing with legal troubles if y'all can believe that! This past year my godfather who's a bishop along with his assistant who I'll call Mindy Doe (not her real name) have been unjustly going to court due to some wicked traitors who have caused them other problems! There have been other leaders who have been threatened to be silenced or get arrested if y'all can believe that! (Side note this did happen and I won't disclose names for confidentiality reasons and it's too heartbreaking to describe.) Yes ladies this stuff is happening in our nation America who is a very backslidden nation. Because God has been pushed out immorality increases and less respect for pastors increases too. Just so y'all know there have been some prophets prophesying that persecution may come to America which potentially can impact both pastors and Christians. As many of y'all know America has been known to have the right to religious freedom and I believe that's the most important freedom of all. If that freedom is attacked it will impact the other freedoms. I believe it's essential for Christians to pray and fight for their religious freedoms and it's important for pastors to do so as well. What I mentioned about pastors dealing with legal troubles is no joke and some have been thrown to jail too! Whether they were right or wrong they need our prayers as do their congregations and families. It breaks my heart to see this happening in a country where our American troops and early Presidents fought for the right of religious freedom seeing pastors being targeted in a negative way. I believe we Christians need to pray and cover ourselves in the blood of Jesus as well as our pastors and spiritual leaders in general. We need to pray for God hedge of protection around them and pray against the government threatening them to remain silent or threatening to shut down their churches. You might think. "Why should I care about pastors being persecuted or care about religious freedom?" Listen that has potential to impact all of us as a body as a whole. 1 Corinthians 12:25, 26 says "There should be no schism in the body but that the members should have care for one another. When one member suffer all the members suffer with it. When one member is honored all the members rejoice with it". Also ladies I've been praying against division in the body of Christ for quite some time and it's something I won't stop praying about. Perhaps us Christians taking a stand for religious freedom and us praying for pastors against persecution could be God trying to remind us we belong together and to Him. There's a song by Christian band "King And Country" released in 2020 featuring Tori Kelly and gospel artist Kirk Franklin called "Together" that says "If we fall we will fall together together. If we rise we will rise together". That's the message ladies. Despite not agreeing with all pastors whether they're famous or local pastors they need God, they need us, and need our prayers more than ever before. We also need to continue to pray for our nation for our religious freedom to be preserved and take a stand for it too. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day and happy New Year 2026! I know, right? Where has the time gone by? I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well and had fun on New Years. Well the title I have for this blog is called ''My WOnderful New Years Vacation''. I'll be sharing with you ladies what great things God did when I was on vacation for New Years week. Well for starters I had been wanting to go another vacation for quite some time because I wrote about this in previous blogs the last time I went on vacation was in August 2025 the first weekend in August to Taylor, Michigan to see my godfather to attend a Christian conference he was hosting, to celebrate his birthday, and enjoy time with friends out of state. I mentioned that the last time I was out of state was when I took a missions trip and went to ''DisneyLand'' in Los Angeles/Anaheim, California in 2019 at my previous church ''Discover Church''! (Side note: I attended ''Discover Church'' when I was nine years old in 2003 and attended there until I was 26 years old in 2020 for a total of seventeen years. I was also a member there in 2013 when I was nineteen years old until 2020 when I was 26 years old for seven years and was involved with kids choir, youth choir, adult choir, musicals, volunteered for kids, voted in the business meeting, and was involved with countless missions trips!) That's a long time not to have traveled and left the state and it felt so good being out of the state of Wisconsin to not only reconnect with my godfather and friends but to start exploring the world again. That was such a thrilling experience along with experiencing the presence of God at my godfather's conference that he was hosting! (Side note: my godfather's ministry is non-denominational outside of the Assemblies of God denomination and beyond this ''Women's Warriors Academy''. I still love,pray, support, and value him regardless of that being the case and he's one of the boldest yet loving men on the face of the planet!) Anyhow I needed a vacation as well as the Lord, friends, and family knew I needed one too. I prayed about it while dealing with the buziness of the holidays with Thanksgiving and Christmas along with dealing with my responsibilities with ''Women's Warriors Academy'' leading virtual Bible study, my virtual prayer meeting, writing blogs, (like this) teaching my one student for the GED program, working on lesson plans, a youtuber, author, and promoting my kid/teen program. Just reading that alone makes y'all see I needed a vacation! The other challenge was seeing who was willing to go with me instead of going alone and by the grace of God my Uncle Nick (The long lost uncle I shared about in the previous blog) by the grace of God agreed to take me to Taylor, Michigan so I didn't have to take ''Greyhound bus'' this time! Whew! Praise the Lord! By the grace of God I finished my last virtual Bible study for the year 2025 on December 28th (I also released my last Christmas carol ''The Hallelujah Chorus'' that same day on youtube!) and I did my last virtual prayer meeting December 29th for 2025 instead of December 30th 2025. (Side note I also participated in another virtual prayer meeting that same night right after that! I know right?) Well what days was I on vacation? That's a good question. Well me and my Uncle Nick left Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the morning December 30th and got there during the afternoon. (Yes I did pack my suitcase, pack a lunch to eat, stopped for gas, and got to see where the Jackson family grew up in 2300 Jackson street! I know right?) We stayed at a hotel and I got to have my uncle meet my godfather, his staff, friends, and got to attend another conference he hosted. Now side note, I told my uncle I wanted to go to Taylor, Michigan and he booked the hotel but he didn't know the real reason why I was there. Also I told my parents I'd be gone for several hours with friends and wouldn't be home for awhile and it wasn't until we got there that I revealed I was up North with friends! I know, right? Plus my godfather and his assistant had many legal troubles going on, something I didn't reveal to my uncle until we actually went to the state of Michigan and that was difficult to talk about. My godfather and his assistant were wronged by ''traitors'' who turned them into some wicked institutions that damaged their reputations and took them to court! (There's more to the story and some of which I prefer not to talk about for confidentiality reasons.) That was something I and others were dealing with but by the grace of God we fought and prayed through it though. Anyhow at the conference many people were physically healed, people got ''slain in the Spirit'', the Holy Spirit's presence was thick, and my uncle got to meet the people I've known for years! I also brought my acoustic guitar and played a song on youtube by gospel artist William Mcdowell ''I Won't Go Back'' from his 2011 ''Arise'' album! That was my last music video on youtube for the year 2025 and first regular music video since before Thanksgiving holiday! I also brought my books and some people bought them which was very exciting. I got to see my godfather and friends and it felt like I was ''home''. Plus I felt the presence of God in such a way as though Christ were physically in the room and my uncle testified to that too! Yes that's right we did have services on December 30th, New Years Eve, and New Years Day and I couldn't get enough of that. God knew that me and my uncle as well as other visitors from various states as well as my godfather's staff how much we all needed to be in the presence of God especially after coming off a busy holiday time. I'd rather be in the presence of the Lord on New Year's Eve than anywhere else, though I know not many churches do New Year's Eve services like they used to. I also went to see my wonderful cousin from my dad's side of the family for the very first time since August of 2025 and she was very glad to see me as well as many others! (Some dreams I may share about another time possibly for another blog while some are personal just between God and I.) Everyone there was very friendly which is so lovely after sometimes dealing with the cruelties of this world. My uncle and I received prophetic dreams that forever changed our lives and shared them with trusted people and were astonished at what revelation the Lord showed us! (Side note ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'' my home church did ''watch night'' service but I couldn't go because I needed a vacation!) Despite the warfare that took place it was well worth the travel. We traveled back to town January 2nd which was on a Friday the day after New Years Day and returned home later that afternoon and evening. To be truthful I wanted more people to go with me during my New Years trip, maybe three other people at the very most but I guess having one was just right for me. Perhaps in the summer of 2026 when I go back to Taylor, Michigan and New Years next year that more people will travel with me to Taylor, Michigan to meet my godfather, his staff, and friends! My godfather is the boldest, God-fearing, and loving man in the world and he was so happy me and my uncle were able to make it out there despite the cold and the snow! Oh my goodness! It was great to see him again and I felt the love of God too. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Tuesday! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. The title I have for this blog is called ''Transition From 2025 To 2026!'' I know, right? I know that today is actually December 30th but tomorrow night will be New Years Eve and two days from now it will be New Years Day! Isn't it something how this year 2025 has flown by? For some of you this was the best year ever with answered prayers, many opportunities, divine connections, prosperity, and did many great things. For others this year 2025 was very difficult. Maybe you experienced a job loss, loss of a loved one, many delays, unanswered prayers, and dealing with trauma. For others it was somewhere in between. I think I fit in the in between category. It wasn't the worst year but it wasn't the best year. I got to celebrate my birthday on January 25th 20025 at ''Chick-fila'' with family and friends and on Valentine's Day, I got to have my ''Single Valentine Night Out'' at a Mexican restaurant! By the grace of God I graduated from MATC (Milwaukee Area Technical College) in Spring of 2025 and had a college graduation party two weeks after that! I gained some more subscribers on youtube and I have released countless more music videos and non-musical videos. I released some albums through Landr that were soundtracks for my ''Debrah book'' and my recent Christmas book ''Making It Through Christmas Part 1''. The summer of this year my former senior pastor Pastor Kevin Olson retired from pastoring ''New Life Assembly Of God Church'' (He was pastor there from 2002 until this year 2025. He was associate pastor at other Assemblies of God churches before that and now lives in Osceola, Wisconsin where he and his wife Jan attend ''Osceola Community Church''.) and I gained a new senior pastor named Antonio Bowen. What's interesting was I went from having a white man in his sixties to gaining a younger black man (formerly from ''Church Of God In Christ denomination) which was a game changer for sure! I also gained a nephew by the name of Abraham Michael and he's quite a character to deal with! I also gained a student for my women's ministry training for ''Women's Warriors Bible College'' for the GED part, wrote countless blogs, and gained some new people for my virtual prayer meetings and virtual Bible studies! I also got to be a vendor at ''Evangel Assembly Of God Church'' (My former Sunday school teacher from ''Discover Church'' attends there) and I sold two books and sold multiple products there by the grace of God more than the previous years! I reconnected with my long lost uncle (my mom's youngest brother) Uncle Nick on November 22nd and we hung out together on December 6th and December 20th and have formed a wonderful bond! (Side note he's with me on vacation right now!) I witnessed financial provision during the week of Christmas when I had no clue how I was going to afford gifts and the Lord enabled me to have ''financial coverage'' through my blog, donations of fundraiser, and money my grandma gave me for Christmas when I was running low financially. I traveled by Greyhound bus by myself out of state for the very first time in six years and I got to be in Taylor, Michigan in August 2025 for my godfather's 53rd birthday and got to be with friends out of state. I am currently back in Taylor, Michigan to visit my godfather and friends in Taylor, Michigan again for New Years week! My year was pretty interesting that's for sure! But that doesn't mean it wasn't without challenges. The start of 2025 my old facebook account got hacked and had to start all over again under Sommer Amanda. I also got very sick late January early February and very sick during Labor Day of this year. In August of 2025 we dealt with a massive flood that impacted many places in August. (Side note my church and home had water in the basements but by God's grace we didn't lose anything valuable by God's grace.) I also had to heal from the trauma of my past which took lots of time, prayer, and counseling to heal from all of that. I also witnessed my godfather, his assistant, and many ministers deal with legal troubles which were extremely difficult and had to spend lots of time prayer and fasting for that. I also had business setbacks,tons of relationship drama and I'm still single. That's quite a bit of what I have experienced this year and I'm sure some of y'all can relate about the ups and downs of the year 2025. But despite all of that we must remember that God's been good. Does that mean that I don't pray that 2026 won't be any better? Of course I want 2026 to be better! But I must remember to be grateful about the previous year and believe the Lord to make this upcoming year better than the previous year. That's something I want to encourage you ladies to remember. No matter if this year has been the best or the worst, remember that the best is yet to come. Remember God's not done writing your story not is He done writing my story. I heard A wise Christian say. ''If you're not dead, God's not done!" I'd also highly encourage you ladies to pray about what things God wants to do in your life in the upcoming year 2026 which is something I've been doing. Surrender what happened in 2025 and believe God can do greater things in 2026. For God is the One that makes all things new. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies. Hi ladies it's me again and happy Lord's day! I hope and pray that each of you ladies and your families are doing well. I hope and pray that y'all and your families had a good Christmas as did I. I got my hair done, watched "Jesus Of Nazareth", went to Christmas Eve service, and visited my grandma where I saw lots of relatives. On Christmas Day sang a song for Jesus on YouTube shared Contemporary Christian artist Natalie Grant's "I Believe" from her 2005 Christmas album "Believe", (Side note when I was in choir years ago that song was sung.) had guests over, ate, played games, and I watched "The Nativity Story". On Saturday was game day and got books purchased too. It was a busy week that's for sure! Anyhow the title I have for this second last blog for the year 2025 is called "My Upcoming Women's Training For 2026". For those of you ladies may or may not remember towards the end of the summer I wrote blogs about my women's training and mentioned about my women's training. What's the purpose of the women's training? Well that's for women who love the Lord who sense a call from God to get into women's ministry to either be on staff at a regular church or be on staff at "Women's Warriors Academy"! Here's the thing. I only have one student this far which is better than nothing. She's enrolled for the GED part and is yet to get into the Associates degree. I'm praying to the Lord to have women who faithfully attend my Bible study and prayer meetings who sense the call of God to be in women leadership. Just like there's many Bible colleges ("North Central Bible College", "Trinity Bible College", "Midwest Bible College" etc) and other Christian colleges ("Belmont University", "Evangel University", "Pensacola Christian University" etc) require a degree to be in ministry. This training does require that as well. Right now there's a GED program and an Associates degree program that are available. (Side note both Christian and secular universities require to have a high school diploma and GED to get into college.) There are certain books that are required to take these courses that y'all can check out on the website "Women's Bible College" tab to check out registration and when classes get started. It's for Christian women ages 18 and older with a GED or high school diploma who sense the Lord leading them to be pastors, prophets, teachers, evangelists, or missionaries. This is a interdenominational training as well as "Women's Warriors Academy" ministry as a whole is so Christian women regardless of denomination can be a part of it. This is for women only no men because most Bible colleges or regular Christian universities specialize in men getting into ministry often leaving women out. (Side note my godfather's school includes men and women training to be in ministry.) This is the first online women's Bible college in the state of Wisconsin as well too! This training is virtual just like my Bible studies and prayer meetings that meet on a regular basis. The classes will be during the afternoon and y'all will have to go on the "Women's Bible College" tab to check out the times for that and when classes start. We are preparing for the winter/spring semester and if y'all have any questions feel free to reach out to me about it. It's my desire to see more godly women regardless of age, race, marital status or lack thereof, and regardless of denomination be used of the Lord to be in ministry full-time. Of course full-time ministry isn't for everyone but I figured I'd make it available to other godly women who are praying and longing to be in one. I also desire to make it affordable, one that's within the state of Wisconsin since most are far away, and one for women of every age (Most colleges have a cut off point when it comes to age though MATC is the exception of that) and race can pursue degree on. God put it on my heart after graduating from MATC this past Spring.This is for those who want to go beyond going to my Bible studies and prayer meetings to be trained to be on staff herr or at a regular church as a women's ministry director! Perhaps that can be your goal for the upcoming new year saying yes to God if you feel called to full-time ministry. That's what I wanted to share with you ladies.
